Examinee Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Examinees may cancel or reschedule their exam up to 24 hours before their scheduled exam time for most proctoring services. Be sure to check with your exam provider for their specific cancellation policy. Cancellations within the 24 hour period leading up to a scheduled exam time or the within the time period defined by the proctoring service or exam provider will be treated as "no shows". Refunds are not issued for No Show appointments.
Customer Cancellation / Refund Policy
The Customer incurs a Prolydian "per test fee" each time a candidate registers to take an exam, as well as additional proctoring and facility fees, where applicable. Fees are charged to the Customer within the regular billing cycles.
If Prolydian's Payment processor is used and Customer approves it, Prolydian can deduct Customer's fees from collected candidate registration fees before distributing funds to Customer. Such deducted fees will be credited to the Customer's account and applied to invoices as payments.
